So, yet again, we made our way across the prairies. I'm really starting to notice that you can almost always tell when you've switched provinces, purely through their terrain. While Saskatchewan was really, REALLY flat, Alberta seems to have more of a small curves and rolling hills thing going on.
Saw/learned a few cool things, certainly more than I did yesterday.
1. Trains, as it turns out, are difficult to photograph when you're both moving in opposite directions.

2. Around here, they plant crops on (in?) the highway medians. They then bale what they've grown.
3. There are a lot of little houses on the prairies. The show was aptly named.
4. There are, in fact, a lot of really pretty things to look at as you watch the prairies go by.
5. Railroad bridges are awesome.
6. So are red barns.
We're spending the day in Edmonton tomorrow! Can't wait to try a couple interesting new restaurants.
